Without better pictures of the side frames, and the head I would guess it is a Schluter Scout 60. It was released in 1987 from Schluter located in then West Germany. Really there isn't much info on this helicopter that I can find, but I do know there were 2 versions of the model.

I would say that it would be very difficult, and expensive to get air worthy. Parts are rare, and if you do find parts it wouldn't be too risky to fly in case it would go in. You might find a collector that may want to buy it. Seems to me that the 70's Schluters are more desirable, and more rare. Honestly, if I were you it would either try to sell it on ebay if you want to sell it, or keep it as a conversation piece. Maybe there are some other members that would like to have it, but I for one don't have the time that heli deserves.

If you really want to build it and fly it I would love to help get it airworthy. Might come down to finding the parts though.

Cool helicopter, Cliff. thanks for sharing.
