Congratulations Jim! Now that would make one heck of a slope soarer, wouldn't it?

Hadn't thought of that, but yeah it would be interesting. Scale with no engine nacelles to mess with or knock off.

Just to clarify, there is nothing knock off on any airplane, if it is landed correctly! That ought to start a crossfire!

Now Randy, you've seen my slope flying landing skills. Landed my Lumberjack in the only juniper tree on Flat Top Friday evening. Can we call that a spot landing?

Sure, you bet! You were planning for that tree to catch it, right?

Awesome workmanship but why doesn\'t it fly? If people could hear, feel and run from a Tyrannosaurus Rex, it would take on a whole different meaning than watching it on static display in a museum.

OK, airplane aficionados, what type of mythical aircraft is this? It\'s turbine powered, has LED glowing eyes and has a small propane tank inside with an ignitor in it\\'s mouth for it\\'s fire breathing capability![br][br][br][br][br][br]

I saw that thing in one of the model mags. Pretty amazing actually. I made an attempt at a dragon hand launch glider at one time, and it\'s not so easy. The planform is a little odd. The surface area of the head ahead of the CG can also cause some issues, so if this guy has succeeded in getting this thing to fly well, I am doubly impressed. Nice workmanship I might add. There must be a boatload of hours in that bugger.

If you search you can find a cell phone video of it flying. It is a short flight, but it takes off, flies a circuit and lands.

Ah, so he slaved the head into the rudder circuit. That's how he overcame the problems that others have had with that body shape. Genius.

All right kiddies, I have not seen this one. Does anyone know what it was used for? Yes, it is a V-1 pulse jet engine. But power by Ford?[br][br]

I found out that ford made clones of the V-1 engine after WW2. Maybe this is a test of that engine.
